Our Consultants are like no other – each with their own individual viewpoint on techniques, once joined they form the backbone of our business. Here to help, and here to listen, they ensure our client’s needs are taken care of from start to finish – nothing is too much trouble to incorporate!

Based in our London office, the Consultants travel throughout the country designing and specifying high quality systems to help our clients communicate. With a high standard of technical and scientific knowledge, and a friendly and cooperative demeanour – they are true professionals!

Customer Service

On the odd occasion that something goes wrong, our Customer Service team are here to help. They all have a good working knowledge of the systems we install and can offer medium-level technical support, in-addition to sorting out billing and account queries you may have.

Customer Service staff are some of the friendliest around and have a direct line to our consultants and logistics teams to ensure any teething issues can be rectified immediately, with little stress to our valued customers.

Engineering Staff

The Engineering Staff are complete wizards with audio and video – from wiring up an equipment enclosure to plotting an acoustic simulation in our computer software, they support our Consultants from stage one – with not only their skills, but also with their knowledge and hands on ability.

Equipped with the latest test and manufacturing equipment, our Engineering Staff a capable of solving even the most specialist of problems, quickly, easily, and cost-effectively.

Logistical Experts

Import tax, export regulations, shipping services, volumetric weights, packaging dimensions – these can all be pretty confusing to the best of us – but not our Logistical Experts! These in-house geniuses have experience working with all major couriers in both an import and export situation, so when the time comes to despatch a package, you can rest assured it’ll arrive on time, in one piece, and with the correct contents!

If you have a problem with your goods, and they’ve been sent by courier, contact your Account Manager who will liaise with the Logistics Team to discover the exact problem and give you a full report and replacement.

Marketing

To make the most of our installations and engineering services, we enlist the help of a brilliant team of marketing whizz-kids, with experience in copyrighting, web design, photography, media, and advertising. Why do we do this? To help promote ourselves, our partners, suppliers and clients!

Sales Team

Our in-house Sales Team are responsible for creating new business opportunities and nurturing those already present, to ensure the optimum solution for both our clients and us.
